- Terms net 30 days upon approval of credit.
- Minimum order is $100 unless preapproved special order.
- Special order items may not be cancelled once order has begun.
- There will be a 25% restock fee will be issued on returned non-defective items. The customer is responsible for checking all items upon arrival for any defects, missing product, shortages, or damaged goods. Acme Caster Company must be informed of any issues within 5 business days.
- Defective merchandise due to manufacturing flaws will be replaced at no charge. Defects do not include abuse or misuse of products.
Warranty
Acme Caster Company has a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of the original purchase date. Any product claimed to be defective must be returned for inspection. Full refund or replacement will be issued citing no misuse or abuse.
This warranty is exclusive and no other warranties, expressed or implied, such as an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This remedy is the sole remedy in contract, tort or otherwise.
Terms

Customer is responsible for receiving and checking merchandise upon receipt for any shortages, defects, incorrect shipments, or damage. Damaged or lost goods must be filed by the customer with the carrier.
